EAL (English as an Additional Language)
EAL
EAL (English as an Additional Language) support is available for pupils who speak a language other than English at home. Our aim is to help pupils develop their English skills so they can fully access learning across the curriculum and feel confident in school. We provide tailored support in lessons and in small groups, helping pupils improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing. We also value and celebrate the many languages and cultures within our school community.
